This authentic Argentinian chimichurri sauce recipe combines fresh herbs, garlic, and spices to create the perfect chimichurri sauce for steak.

- 1 cup Flat Parsley rough chopped
- 4 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
- ½ tbsp Chili Flakes
- 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- Kosher Salt To Taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Add until saucy
Chop your parsley and garlic. Add the spices and vinegar all into a bowl.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil until you reach a loose sauce consistency.
Season with salt to taste.
Let it sit for at least 15 - 20 minutes before serving.
