Authentic Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flat Parsley rough chopped
  • 4 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • ½ tbsp Chili Flakes
  • 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • Kosher Salt To Taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Add until saucy

Instructions

  • Chop your parsley and garlic. Add the spices and vinegar all into a bowl.
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil until you reach a loose sauce consistency.
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Let it sit for at least 15 - 20 minutes before serving.
