Ingredients
1cupof honey
1tbspof chili flakes
1tbspof dried chilies
1tbsppaprika
Pinchof kosher salt
2tbspof white balsamic vinegar
Instructions
In a small saucepan or frying pan, combine honey, chili flakes, paprika and salt.
Bring to a low simmer on low heat and cook gently for 5 - 10 minutes. Make sure it doesn't boil to keep it from burning.
Remove from heat and mix in the vinegar.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer and discard solids. (Optional)
Transfer into an airtight container (preferably a glass container, mason jars work best) and let it cool before putting on a lid.
